Non-Competition Agreement

 Between the mary i entertainment agency, inc. of Mullica Hill NJ

and: ____________________________________________

                          entertainer’s legal name

1. I, the entertainer, understands that i shall not make any contact with the client except to obtain directions to the event location, and to verify plans in case of inclement weather on the day of the event.

2. I, the entertainer, agree to never pass out my own business cards or promotional materials or any other agent’s business cards at any events produced by the mary i entertainment agency, inc.

3. I, the entertainer, agree to always use the business cards provided by mary i at any events at which i am performing for the mary i entertainment agency, inc..

4. I, the entertainer, further agrees to have no contact with the client or anyone I meet at the any event for a period of 3 (three) years following the event unless it is to perform another event for the client through the mary i entertainment agency, inc.

5. If the client contacts me, the entertainer, directly within a period of 3 years following an event, I, the entertainer, shall tell the client to call the mary i entertainment agency directly.

6. If I, the entertainer, proceed to book an event with the client or anyone I meet at the event, I agrees to pay for any and all legal fees for action taken by the mary i entertainment agency against myself.  I further agrees to pay the mary i entertainment agency, inc. all due booking fees in addition to this legal fee.

 I undersigned and agree to the above terms.
