We need clerical/office help…someone who is familiar with the entertainment industry…with an excellent, happy sounding speaking voice...who is very organized and is computer literate. 

 We are located in South Harrison Township 5 miles South of Mullica Hill, 8 Miles out of Glassboro in Gloucester County NJ. 

 We have 3 cats,1 dog and a non- smoking environment.  The office dress code is casual.  Hours are flexible.  We never meet with the public.  The job would include:

• Phone calling previous clients
• Faxing previous clients
• Emailing previous clients
• Writing and keeping track of contracts
• Keeping track of entertainer's insurance certificates
• Calling entertainers with info for events
• Getting directions from the client...etc...
