Environmental Program

 The world around us is the house we live in, so everyone should be concerned about it. Professor Rem’s environmental show builds on this by presenting the twin themes of Awareness and Action with an entertaining magic show.

 Awareness is concern about the big picture: is the world in good shape? There  are  particular dangers that we need to be aware of – global warming, the depletion of the ozone layer, the destruction of the rain forest, the pollution of the air we breath and the water we need for life. 

 Action asks what we can do about it.  Can even the smallest child get involved? YES, if we remember the three R’s – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

 Because time and space can be compressed in a magic show, practical calls-to-action can be illustrated in a dramatic fashion.  The message is brought home and it sticks.  This is a fun-filled show with an important theme.
