Deposits:

Deposits are not refundable.  We are using your deposit money to reserve an entertainers time.  We cannot resell their time once you have reserved it.  This is how they make their living; this is how they pay their mortgage.

Insurance:

Fees for "Additionally Named Insured" = $100/named/entertainer. 

Rain Policy:

This is a little tricky!  

 

Any item that can ONLY be performed outdoors such as large amusements, pony rides, petting zoos, etc. will have the option of rescheduling.  The rescheduling fee is $50 per item. 

 

Any entertainer who can perform indoors such as clowns, magicians, jugglers, face painters, balloon artists, etc. must be paid-in-full EVEN IF YOUR EVENT IS POSTPONED DUE TO RAIN!  You have reserved an entertainers time.  They could be working indoors.  They rely on this money to pay their bills.  We hope you understand why we need payment in full for our performers!

 

You have the option of reserving 2 dates with the indoor entertainers; one original date and one rain date.  Most of them will want 1 1/2 times their normal amount.  You will owe them this amount even if you do not use the rain date.
